Eitimad's Policies

Eitimad's Policies were last modified on 30th January, 2019

  • If your product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
  • Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”.
  • For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return span, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  • Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
  • Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

*eitimad.com will not oblige a product warranty if the product is physically damaged, struck by lightning, installed incorrectly, subjected to abuse or burned in any way.

*If your product is damaged on the time of delivery, please “Do Not” accept the package and contact us immediately.

*Eitimad.com asks you to thoroughly check the products and inform us if you feel that there is a fault or product is damage.

*If the delivered product is not the one that you ordered or do not match the description on the product’s page at eitimad.com, you have 7 business or working days to return or cancel at all. (In that case only unopened and undamaged products along all the material and receipts by eitimad.com, can be returned).

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table shown below.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned below is after we have received your product (1-7 Working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-5 working days).

  • Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you
  • Ensure that original receipt at the time of delivery is attached
  • Head to your nearest courier services’ office (You will be notified with that by call)
  • We will send you a tracking number via SMS & Email

What is Manufacturer’s Warranty?

Warranty provided by the manufacturer on their product, that can be availed by taking your product to the manufacturer’s authorized service center, in case of a warranty claim.

What kind of after sales service & support are we talking about?

At eitimad.com, we are not about selling products only. We, consider problems faced by our clients as ours, and take it as a challenge. Be it something from restoring your OS corrupted by virus, to reinstalling older OS on a new system eitimad.com support team is always keen to look for a solution.

What is covered under warranty?

We warrant that each product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty covers:

  • Any manufacturing defects.
  • Any internal fault arising out of manufacturing defect.
What is not covered under warranty?

Warranty does not cover:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the performance and usability of the product.
  • Any software programs, whether pre-loaded or shipped with the product, or installed subsequently.
  • Failure resulting from misuse, user neglect, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by user.
  • Any damage due to non-branded, unknown products integrated or added afterwards, including those that have been produced by the original manufacturer.
Warranty Related Information & Terms

At “eitimad.com” one can claim the warranty of a product in the specified period of time as mentioned on the receipt. Some of the applicable important conditions are:

  1. Eitimad.com offers warranty by the Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor. Eitimad.com is not a direct party to offer warranty. If the product was sold in sealed packing and working condition then eitimad.com is not responsible for any defect which may appear later.
  2. If warranty is mentioned on the receipt provided via email and at the time of delivery then customer should ensure warranty card along with the invoice, else customer support Centre at eitimad.com will handle the warranty claim.
  3. The Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor and Eitimad.com reserve the right to reject warranty claim whereby the original Receipt / Packing is missing.
  4. It is strongly recommended that customers should check the product first, as warranty begins once the receipt has been generated. In case of any problem product will be treated in normal warranty claim process.
  5. The Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor reserves the right to reject any claim whereby the product/component is broken or shows signs of burning, rust due to weather conditions.
  6. The Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor reserves the right to reject any warranty claim whereby the product/component is submitted in improper condition.
  7. Product should be well packed in protective material supplied while selling.
  8. Warranty claim due to accidental damage or electrical surge will not be entertained.
  9. Computer hardware does not include software support. Information in this regard may be obtained from the Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor’s website directly.
  10. Warranty claim may be rejected where the warranty sticker/serial numbers are torn or tampered with.
  11. The product/component may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor once the warranty claim is accepted. The duration of return may range from 3 to 6 weeks.
  12. The warranty claim may be accepted on “conditional” basis if the we are not satisfied that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. Acceptance of warranty claim in this case will depend solely on the discretion of the Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor. Please note that this may take more time than normal.
  13. Warranty will not be entertained in case of appearance of dot on LCDs / LEDs.
  14. The manufacturer reserves the right to alter the warranty terms/conditions. The changes are updated on the Manufacturer/Dealer/Distributor website.
  15. International warranty depicts that the products should be registered with the manufacturer directly and the warranty claim will be handled by the user himself. Instruction of the manufacturer should be followed.
  16. Customize PC as assembled by eitimad.com, covers warranty if the customer does not open Pc Case, during warranty period and no component is being removed or added without approval of eitimad.com service center.
  17. Original invoice must be there while claiming warranty for any product.
  18. Customer must have complete accessories and box of product while claiming its warranty.
  19. Warranty will be void if manufacturer seal will be malfunctioned or damage.
  20. eitimad.com will abide to the warranty policies of the manufacturing parties relating to this region (Pakistan).
  21. Manufacture / VENDOR would approve the product warranty in case of any discrepancy or re-warranty.
  22. Warranty will be EXPIRED if eitimad.com close down operation in Pakistan.
  23. eitimad.com will issue Credit Note in case of warranty, if product will be discontinued or EOL.
  24. Those manufacturers who give CN in case of warranty, we will provide the same warranty term to the customer.
  25. Those manufacturers who give us product replacement in case of warranty, we will provide the same warranty term to the customer.
  26. In case of replacement warranty, manufacturer and transference will determine the time period of these items and customer will have to bear transit expense on these items.
  27. NO Warranty in case of damage or burnt.
  28. Any LED with less then 5 black or 3 bright dots is  not claimable.
  29. Charges will be applied on limited warranty products.
  30. eitimad.com will not be responsible for any loss.
