eitimad.com offers products of different domains, and ensures the delivery as soon as possible.

Once we receive and confirm your payments, your product will be shipped and delivered to you within 1-5 days based on shipment method you choose

*Sometimes shipment may delays, because of logistic Services. There is no delay on eitimad.com end.

You do not need to worry, we take this responsibility, and  guide you while staying in contact with you throughout the process, and in the end you will not be only satisfied, but definitely will feel confident that everything will be taken care of. How “Track Your Order” Works?

Enter your order number and the e-mail address with which you placed the order. Click ‘Track’ to know the status of your order. If you do not know your order number, check your order confirmation email or SMS.

Is my order processing?

Once your order is placed, be assured, your order is in process. You will be notified and receive confirmation call by our customer care department.

Delivery Notes:

Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery if your payment method is Cash on Delivery (CoD). The amount to be paid will be stated on the invoice of your delivered package. No extra charges or delivery charges will be applied.

You do not need to have an account to place an order on Eitimad.com.

You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out as a guest (A feature which is incorporated for your convenience).

When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order. Doing so, will not set up an account, and it will not result in a subscription to e – mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.

There are different payment options regarding customer ease either they can pay in advance with the plenty of options such as

Customers can transfer amount by choosing “Direct Bank Transfer” option at checkout and will be notified with our bank accounts details by SMS. Our Bank Account are in:

*Eitimad.com does not offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) on products over PKR 5000.

Eitimad.com works hard to deliver its best, but usually delivery time varies, and as far as, the payment options are concerned take your time to see the details of shipment timings & payment modes below:

Advance Payment Mode:

There are some fragile and costly products for which you need to deposit amount in advance, and If you are purchasing one, bank account details will be provided to you accordingly.

Cash on Delivery Mode:

You can choose to pay “Cash on Delivery” of CoD.

For selected products one has to deposit little or full amount in advance. Usually, Eitimad asks you to pay 50% to 100% of the total price for selected products.

Right now, eitimad.com is not shipping products outside Pakistan.

BUT, IF WE, THEN

For Global shipments (Shipments in other countries other than Pakistan), only prepaid orders will be processed. You will need to pay through your Visa / Master Card.

Are all products original and genuine?

Alhamdulilah, Eitimad is committed to offer only 100% genuine and original products. Eitimad takes all necessary actions to ensure this. You will also be notified with the perks that Eitimad offers on confirmation call after the placement of an order.

How do I know if a product comes with warranty and original?

eitimad.com pledges “Say No To Gray , Say No To Fake

There is not a single product listed on Eitimad.com which is gray (Non Warranty Product) or shallow in quality.

Warranty is offered on almost products and the warranty details are displayed on the product page.

You will get the authorized Warranty Card or Genuine Warranty Details of the original and authentic distributor / Dealer / Retailer, and the details of service centers, by our representative on confirmation of an order.

Besides, there is another perk of being eitimad.com customer that you will get the monthly followup for warranty and experience related issues free of cost.

Are the prices negotiable?

Prices are not negotiable.

Are there any hidden costs or charges?

There are no hidden costs or charges. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.

Where can I find more detailed information about a product?

Information regarding the warranty and quality of product is usually described in the short description under the mentioned price. Delivery Charges & Time (Wholesale Orders)

Standard shipping charges are applied – But if product’s weight is greater than normal then additional will be charged.

Note: If an order consists both regular and wholesale items, the express shipping will be offered. On the other hand, shipment charges on wholesale orders will be charged separately. Delivery charges and time for orders will be provided once the order is placed and will be notified on confirmation call.

What are the reasons behind shipment delay?

  • Incorrect address provided in shipping details while placing the order.
  • Delay in confirmation of personal details in order to prevent fraud.
  • If failed to verify the shipping destination, eitimad.com will require shipping details verification before dispatching orders, and this may delay shipping.
  • For orders where payment is required in advance and has not been made.
  • If your order is being delayed for any reason, eitimad.com is aware of, you may be contacted directly via phone or email to let you know.

What is reception of the product?

In case of Cash on Delivery (CoD) sealed package cannot be opened unless the payment is made. It is requested that if the seal has been opened delivery agent / officer shall not take item back. If you later find out that there is any issue with the product bought, you can request a return by calling our Customer Service (+92 306 1393 033)

In Case of verification of your identity.

Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Kindly, note that eitimad.com won’t deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes or restaurants. If the payment is made in advance, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC.
